HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE
1. You must provide an email address, which will be used to confirm your registration
2. Fill in the Online Registration form.
3. Select the  test date that you wish to come to sit for the admission test.
4. After  completing the Online Registration form, click SAVE.
5. Changes can be made only after you are officially registered as a student of UPH Graduate Program.
6 You may choose to print the page.
7. Bring the printed Profile Information or Online Registration Confirmation to UPH Marketing & Admission Department. Please be advised that your registration will be valid after you pay the registration fee and submit the required documents.

A. ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master Programs
    		•
    1. Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) GPA = 2.50
      2. Master of Management (MM).
        Bachelor of all majors from state or accredited private university
      3. Master of Civil Engineering
      Bachelor of all engineering majors from state or accredited private university
      4. Master of Industrial Engineering (MTI)
      Bachelor majoring in engineering, science, and economics from state or accredited private university
      5. Master of Electrical Engineering (MTE)
        Bachelor majoring in engineering and science from state or accredited private university
      6. Master of Law (MH)
        Bachelor of all majors from state or accredited private university
        Applicant with bachelor degree in fields other than Law must take matriculation of 6 (six) credits
      7. Master of Education (MPd)
        Bachelor of all majors from state or accredited private university
      8. Master of Food Technology (MTP)
        Bachelor majoring in food technology and science from state or accredited private university
      9. Master of Communication (MKOM)
      Bachelor of all majors from state or accredited private university
  • DOCTOR OF LAW PROGRAM
    		•
      1. Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) GPA = 2.50
      2. Minimum Master degree (S2) GPA = 3.00
      3. Applicant with Bachelor degree in Law and No Master degree should take at least 76 (seventy-six) credits in 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) semesters.
      4. Applicant with Master Degree in Law should take 42 (forty-two) credits in 6 (six) to 10 (ten) semesters.
      5. Applicant with Bachelor degree in fields other than Law and No Master degree should take at least 88 (eighty-eight) credits in 9 (nine) to 13 (thirteen) semesters.
      6. Applicant with Master Degree in fields other than Law should take at least 52 (fifty-two) credits in 5 (five) to 11 (eleven) semesters
     
    B. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES
    1. Register online or manually by filling the Registration Form.
    2. Enclose the following required documents no later than 3 (three) days prior to the Admission Test.
     

    For MASTER PROGRAMS, the required documents are:
      a. 1 (one) legalized copy of Bachelor Degree Certificate (or the equivalent) from state or accredited private university
       

    Applicants, who have not yet obtained their Bachelor Degree Certificates, must submit graduation statements from the university. The legalized copy of Bachelor Degree Certificates still should be handed to our administration officer at least 2 (two) weeks before Mid-Term Test of the first semester.
      b. An overseas graduates must submit “Letter of Degree Equivalency” (Penyetaraan Ijazah Luar Negeri) from Directorate General of Higher Education of the Department of National Education (DIRJEN DIKTI DEPDIKNAS)
      c. 1 (one) legalized copy of Bachelor Academic Transcript
      d. 1 (one) copy of valid ID
      e. 2 (two) recent colored photographs of 2x3 cm & 4x6 cm
     

    Foreign applicants must submit:
      a. Temporary Residence Permit (KITAS)
      b. Study Permit from Department of National Education (DEPDIKNAS)
     

    For DOCTORAL PROGRAM, the required documents are:
      a. 2 (two) legalized copies Bachelor Degree Certificate (or the equivalent) from state or accredited private university.
      b. 2 (two) legalized copies of Bachelor Academic Transcript.
      c. 2 (two) legalized copies of Master Degree Certificate from state or accredited private university.
      d. 2 (two) legalized copies of Master Academic Transcript.
      e. An overseas Bachelor and/or Master graduates must submit “Letter of Degree Equivalency” (Penyetaraan Ijazah Luar Negeri) from Directorate General of Higher Education of the Department of National Education (DIRJEN DIKTI DEPDIKNAS)
      f. 1 (one) copy of valid ID.
      g. 2 (two) recent colored photographs of 2x3 cm & 4x6 cm
      h. Dissertation Proposal, which consists:
    • tentative topic of dissertation
    • program area in which research is proposed
    • brief outline of dissertation proposal
    Dissertation Proposal should be typed and printed (4 – 5 pages long, A4 paper size) and sufficiently detail to enable the University to determine whether it is able to provide an adequate supervision and resources to support the research. It must be submitted on the Admission Test day, at the latest.
    3. Sit and pass the Admission Test.
    4. Make tuition fee payment.
